Consultation & Pricing
Sessions are structured and thoughtfully prepared to support your animal in a way that feels appropriate and tailored to them.
Every animal is different, which is why all new clients begin with a simple consultation process. This allows sessions to be prepared carefully and tailored to your animal’s individual needs.
Step 1: Intake Form
Before your first session, you’ll be asked to complete a short intake form covering:
background and medical history
current concerns
behaviour and temperament
environment and routine
your goals for support
This helps build a clear picture of your animal before we begin.
Most sessions focus on nervous system support, with other approaches used where appropriate.
Step 2: Complimentary Consultation
A 15-minute consultation (phone or online) is included for all new clients.
This gives us the opportunity to:
clarify key information
discuss your animal’s needs
answer any questions
explore whether this approach feels suitable
There is no obligation to proceed.
If you choose to go ahead, a more in-depth consultation is included within your first session.
Session Approach
Sessions are prepared in advance but remain responsive to your animal on the day.
Some animals appear more settled after a single session, while others, particularly those with longer-standing patterns, benefit from a short series to allow the work to build gradually.
Recommendations are always based on your animal’s individual presentation, rather than a fixed structure.
Many clients choose to begin with a single session before deciding on further support.
All therapies are complementary and are not a substitute for veterinary care.
